- Pin and unpin the active app with Ctrl+Shift+A.
- Rebind the shortcut in Settings.
- See your pinned-window count in the notification area.

StayOnTop leaves already-topmost windows alone and restores the windows it changed when you quit normally. Apps running as administrator may require the same privilege level.
